Tulalip Bay Fire 2024 Annual Report
It’s an honor to serve the Tulalip Tribes and Tulalip Bay community as your Fire Chief and to support the dedicated firefighters who protect and strengthen our region every day.
Over the past 14 years, the Tulalip Bay Fire has more than doubled in size. With strong community support and full funding from the Tulalip Tribes for our emergency vehicles, we added Station #59, expanding our reach throughout Quil Ceda Village and beyond.
Our department now includes 32 full-time firefighters, paramedics, and battalion chiefs who bring passion, skill, and commitment to their work. We've also expanded our EMT/Paramedic services to include Advanced Life Support (ALS) transport, ensuring our most critical patients receive timely hospital care.
Tulalip Bay Fire is proud to have one of the fastest response times in the nation, averaging under six minutes. We’ve also strengthened mutual aid partnerships to improve emergency outcomes across neighboring districts.
This year, we opened a heavy maintenance facility to support our ladder truck, engine, and eight emergency vehicles, ensuring they’re ready when it matters most.
As we reflect on 2024 and look ahead to 2025, we’re proud of what our team has built and grateful for the continued trust of our community.
